Quality control
How to control
- Raw material selection is certified by TUV.
- The raw materials and finished products have passed the strict testing of German high-precision tester.
- Have standard comparison samples, and conduct calibration comparison with national authorities in time.
- Fully equipped testing center for raw materials and finished products in the field of solar energy.
Material test
- EVA
- Packaging test: visually confirm that the packaging is good, and confirm the manufacturer, specifications, models and shelf life.
- Appearance inspection: visually confirmation of EVA surface, no black spots, no stains, no wrinkles, no voids, etc.
- Size test: errors of measure width within ±2mm and thickness of ±0.02mm according to the geometric size provided by supplier.
- Thickness uniformity: take 10 pieces of EVA film with same size and weigh them, and then compare the weight of each film. The maximum and minimum values shall not exceed 1.5%.
- Stripping strength: after laminating according to the parameters provided by the manufacturer, test the stripping strength of EVA and glass, EVA and back sheet (after cooling).
Stripping strength of EVA and TPT: use wallpaper knife to cut the width of 1cm in the middle of the back sheet, and then pull TPT and EVA with tension meter. If the tension is greater than 35N, it is qualified.
Stripping strength of EVA and glass: the method is the same as above. Clamp EVA with one end of tension meter and fix glass with the other end. If the tension is greater than 20N, it is qualified.
- Test of crosslinking degree: 70% to 85% of the test results are qualified.
- TPT
- Packaging test: visually confirm that the packaging is good and confirm the manufacturer and specifications.
- Appearance inspection: visually confirmation of EVA surface, no black spots, no stains, no wrinkles, no voids, etc.
- Size test: errors of measure width within ±2mm and thickness of ±0.02mm according to the geometric size provided by the supplier.
- Bonding strength of EVA and TPT: The method is the same as the stripping strength of EVA and TPT
- Bonding strength of back sheet layers: blade the backboard sandwich, clamp one side, and use the tension meter to test. If the tension is greater than 20N, it is qualified.
- Tempered glass
- Packaging test: visually confirm that the packaging is qualified.
- Size test (length * width * thickness)
The standard thickness of tempered glass is 3.2mm and the allowable deviation is 0.2mm.
The allowable deviation of length and width is 0.5mm, and the allowable deviation of diagonal is 0.7mm.
- Appearance inspection: visually confirmation
The length per meter shall exceed no more than 10mm from the edge of the glass, exceed no more than 2mm from the edge of the glass to the surface of the glass plate, broken-edge exceed no more than 1/3 of the thickness of the glass from the plate to the other side of the glass.
- Stripping strength with EVA: The method is the same as stripping strength of EVA.
- Toughening strength: six samples of the raw material are tested. Put the glass on the test rack and use steel balls from 1-1.2 meters of the glass to make the steel balls fall freely on the glass. It is qualified if the glass does not shatter.
- Cells
- Packaging test: visually confirm that the packaging is good.
- Appearance test: meet the requirements of the purchase contract.
- Size test: the results are measured with the Vernier caliper and conforms to ±0.5mm of the size provided by the manufacturer.
- Electrical performance test: monomer tester was used to test. It is qualified if the results are between ±3%.
- Weldability test: weld normally under 320-350℃, have even solder layer left on main sandy line after welding is qualified. (tin-coated tape and flux used in the experiment must weldable).
- Grid line test: rubber back and forth 20 times in the same position repeatedly, and it is qualified if it does not fall off.
- Main grid line tensile strength test: welding chain into △shape, and then test with tensile. If the tension is greater than 2.5N, it is qualified.
- Electrical performance uniformity test after cutting: the cells are divided into several parts by laser scriber, and the electrical performance error of each piece is ±0.15w.
